The Optiparts bottom cover is easy to install with a 6mm shock cord sewn in around the border and two straps with quick clip buckles to hold it in place while traveling. The cover is designed very large so that the entire fiberglass deck edge is protected. Three wide strips of ¾ inch padding protect the bottom from concrete, gravel, and other dangerous surfaces. The six webbing loops can be used to lace line back and forth pulling the cover taut during transport. To prevent wear from the rudder gudgeons, extra reinforcement has been added to the transom. It comes in light gray with blue trim.
